The AQHA Region 9 Experience will be held August 16 - 19, 2007 at the Kirk Fordice Equine Arena on the Mississippi State Fairgrounds in Jackson, Mississippi.  This Horse Show draws entries from a five state area;  Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas and Tennessee.   Prizes totaling over $120,000 in AQHA classes will be awarded.  Clinics, seminars and a best cook in the barn cook off all add to a fun filled four day event.

A trade show with vendors offering unique goods and services for all horse lovers will be held in conjunction with the Region 9 Experience.  Vendors also have the opportunity to advertise in the 2007 Pattern Book For booth  space or to purchase advertising, please contact Diane Dana at  601-317-7164.

All space will be assigned according to the date received, availability of space, practicality and advisability of space in relation to competitive lines.  All space will be considered on the basis stated and assigned at the discretion of the trade show manager.  The trade show manager will not recognize any exhibits outside of the designated area of The Kirk Fordice Equine Arena and reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the exhibitor's space contract at any time before or during the show for any violation of the Exhibitor's rules/regulations, which are incorporated by the reference herein, as set forth by the AQHA Region 9 Show or for any other violation of the show policy as deemed sufficient by the trade show management. 

ABSOLUTELY NO SUB-LEASING OF ANY SPACE WHATSOEVER.

Booths are 16 x 8 and 12 x 8 and come furnished with electricity.  It  is the responsibility of the exhibitor to provide tables, props, phone service, etc.

Outside Booths: 20 x 35  Booth space around the outside of the building is covered and comes provided with electricity. 

Trailer space is also available.  Vendors working out of a trailer is allotted a 10 x 40 space.  Horse Trailer Dealers are allotted a 45 x 50 space.
