Welcome to the 2008 Dixie National Equine Expo Home Page.  The dates of this year's Expo are February 13 - 17, 2008.  The Dixie National Equine Expo is the trade show for the Dixie National Quarter Horse Show, The Southern Classic.  This event is sponsored by the Mississippi Quarter Horse Association and is one of the largest equine events in the United States.  The Dixie National Equine Expo has vendors from across the United States selling every imaginable item to outfit the horse and rider.  Some items normally found at the expo include barns, horse trailers, fencing, tack, show clothing, hats, belts, boots, western art, furniture and decor, stables, tails, t-shirts, jewelry....every equestrian need can be found during our week long Dixie National Equine Expo.  Be sure to join us Friday Night after the Free Style Reining for our Moonlight Madness.  This fun event features special sales by select vendors, drawings for shopping sprees and door prizes.  Seminars are held in the Trade Mart classrooms during the Expo as well as a Horse Sale on Saturday.

Booths are 10 x 10 configurations.  All booths are located inside the Mississippi Trade Mart Building on the Mississippi State Fairgrounds.  Background drapes and side dividers are furnished with all booths except bulk spaces.  Background drapes consist of red and white flameproof drapery 8 feet high with or without 42 inch side dividers.  Also included is an identification sign printed with the vendor's name and booth number.

Sixty days prior to the Expo, each exhibitor will be provided a special service decorator's kit.  Early order discounts are provided for pre-ordering carpet, tables, chairs, electricity, and other services.  Vendors are welcome to use their own tables, chairs, carpeting, etc.

List all products and/or services to be sold or exhibited.  Products not listed and approved may not be sold at the Expo due to exclusivity of some products or services.  All vendors are considered based upon availability and location of booth size and products or goods to be sold or displayed.  We try to avoid placement of competitive products, activities or services in close proximity if possible.  Please provide photos of your booth if possible.   If you are accepted as a vendor, 1/2 of the booth fee is due with a signed contract.  No exhibit will be allowed to move-in until the account is paid in full.  No cancellation or refunds available 75 days prior to the show.

Multiple Booths receive a 5% discount on the 2nd booth and a 10% discount on each additional booth.   (For three or more booths,  the most expensive booth is full price, 5% is taken on the next most expensive booth, then 10% on each additional booth).
