List all products and/or services to be sold or exhibited. Products not listed and approved may not be sold at the Expo due to exclusivity of some products or services. All vendors are considered based upon availability and location of booth size and products or goods to be sold or displayed. We try to avoid placement of competitive products, activities or services in close proximity if possible. Please provide photos of your booth if possible. If you are accepted as a vendor, 1/2 of the booth fee is due with a signed contract. No exhibit will be allowed to move-in until the account is paid in full. No cancellation or refunds available 75 days prior to the show.

Multiple Booths receive a 5% discount on the 2nd booth and a 10% discount on each additional booth. (For three or more booths, the most expensive booth is full price, 5% is taken on the next most expensive booth, then 10% on each additional booth).
